I would say start with the hometown BDR unless everyone else wants to do OR.

Not sure if I could take off enough time to do the whole thing but at the least I’ll try to come for a couple sections! I’ve wanted to do it for a while now

bring a chainsaw and have a winch to pull downed tree's out of the way.
try to get news about washouts and detours.
Snow should be gone by July.
Can download GPS tracks here: https://ridebdr.com/gps-tracks-2/

There was a TW group that did Oregon a couple years ago and it took them forever to clear all the down trees.

If you ever get the chance do Idaho BDR!

In, but only for a weekend or 3 day weekend. I’ll figure out how/ where when to meet up with the convoy.

Wabdr is pretty easy. I'd do it again but skip the first and last sections (bail at highway 12 or 20)

    Would be interested in Oregon

I'd plan for 6-7 days unless all you want to do is drive, drive, drive. I would have liked to have taken my time and explored some other roads off the bdr. My group was handicapped by time so we did 2 sections each year (3 days each trip) and completed it last year. Keep your group to a manageable size and you'll have a great time.

My favorite sections were 5 and 6. Okanogan county is beautiful.
