95% forest service roads. Few spots like bethel ridge that can be a little more technical due to deepish mud pits but still easy to do stock

 

I don’t think it’s very demanding in terms of vehicle upgrades. I know there’s mention from folks who have already done this in some of the earlier posts of the thread. My first time so don’t take my word for it.

 

What radio frequencies do we want to use?
CB, HAM, and GSMR

Your stock TRD will do plenty well on it.
The only thing I'd recommend you throw in (if you aren't in a caravan) is a battery operated air compressor.

Bring your air pressure down to 18 PSI or so and you'll have a beautifully smooth ride on gravel and washboards.
Air back up for any extended asphalt.

I couldn't make the schedule fit with my job so I'm gonna be leaving from winthrop on the 3rd. Girlfriend is following me in her 4runner and were gonna see how far we get by monday and head home....Was hoping to come behind you so you could clear any downed trees haha...oh well, probably just bring my chainsaw...Planning on following the butler map as close as possible.

 

Let’s do Grandy Cr Grocery it’s the gas station just past Baker Lk Rd. You guys pick a time. I’m gonna have a hard time not leaving Thursday night once I’m packed. I’m pretty stoked for the trip.

I am! I am leaving from Sultan area and was planning to head out on US 2 then up to Chelan. Where are you coming from?

 

I think on the 5th the midday meetup will be in cashmere. I will be coming from North bend but can definitely head north through fall city up to Monroe and meetup in sultan.

 

Shoot, sorry, I totally goofed and glad you added the location or I'd have totally kept running with my mistake. We were planning to leave the 4th and meet the group in Chelan. I'd still be happy to convoy out if you want to leave a day earlier.

 

I would love to but the 5th was the compromise so I have to stick to it. I'll see you on the trail though!
