    That's exactly what is wrong with how Oregon operates. PDX, Salem and Eugene seam to speak for the entire rest of the state, so much so, that everyone outside of Oregon thinks we are all that way.

    Saburos is definitely one of the best Sushi joints I've ever been to (many many times). I haven't been there since Covid started or the the mass craziness in the PDX area.

    Thankfully we have three really good sushi joints in FG, and even the Corntown Freddies makes really good sushi. Saburos will have to wait for me until PDX gets its shit together.

    Back when we did actual team builders, we would show up an hour early just to be first in line. That way we could order Toro right as we walked through the door. Many times they only had a few servings on hand, and nabbed them all!!!!
