Lol now is a good time with their 20% sale. I didnt go with the swingout. Thought it might look goofy with my bed cover.

I have their standard rear bumper on order... decided not to go the high clearance route. I may or may not regret that decision... time will tell.

I cut mine with a jigsaw... not recommended if you have access to a better tool, like a circular saw. Used some fender trim from @trailtoys to cover up the bad cuts and they're hardly noticeable. You're going to want a gap between the fender and bumper to allow for movement while the frame flexes.

I've got a couple other things I want to do before high clearance. Possibly get one next summer. One thing I'm hesitant about with the swingout, is if it will interfere with opening the rear glass on my canopy.

Hey all! I'll be flying back to Oregon on Thanksgiving day. The following day (25th) I know there's some guys from the PDX Overlanders Facebook group going to do a Christmas Tree Run. Any of you part of the group or going?

Who feels like meeting up the evening of Friday (25th) at buffalo Wild Wings or such for some wings, beer, and the tacos :)

I didn't like their swing out I want to get a custom made one with dual swing out from the middle. One side tire carrier other side jerry can and a 5 gallon of fresh water. And when you swing it out the back of the swing out on each folds down to a table. On each side.

The golden valley brewery is right off Highway 26 in beaverton between bethany and cornell road.

The body armor steps just look beefy, from what others have said they don't provide protection like sliders do though, but they are straight solid steel so they're durable.
