So my girl's throwing a bank II lean code. I've changed out her upstream & downstream 02 sensors, MAF sensor, PCV valve, replaced spark plugs, and the code still shows up. I did notice this hose in the picture has a small rip in it and I'm wondering if that could cause a misread? She's running smoothly and not having any idling, off the line, or stopping abnormalities.......feedback?

If its cheap to replace, you could just replace it. The slightest vacuum leak will throw up that code
