Picking up a new ATV tomorrow, being an idiot I didn’t consider the width of the machine until it was too late to do much about it.
Does anyone have experience with this ATV or one of similar width (48in) loading in the bed?

With the way the wheel well goes all the way to the cab I’m guessing I’ll have to drive on top of the wheel well. I did one one guy on a polaris thread who said the tires have enough give to actually fit in between the wheel well and was hoping maybe that is the case

Does it fit between the wheel well? From what I can find on google the atvs should be the same width and I’m guessing our beds are the same width even though I do not have the long bed

It will have to drive over the wheel wells, and the rear wheels will be on the tailgate with a short bed. There are pictures of people with 570's loaded in tacoma's if you google image search.

You might consider a tailgate reinforcement like what Relentless makes; an aluminum skin to prevent the tailgate from bending. It’s open and empty under the fiberglass.

I’m not sure worried about the tailgate and all as long as I can somehow get the bike in the back of my truck and carry it home one time. I could put some boards or something under it to help distribute weight. I’ve seen where people make ramps to go over the wheel but I had seen a post on the polaris boards where a guy claimed the tires had enough give to squeeze in between the wheel wells.
I’m in a pinch because I want to pick up the atv today, it’s 3 hours away.

You can do it, just be careful when loading to avoid smashing your rear window with the bumper of the ATV.

    (don't mind the rims haha)

Nah you're good. I use my truck to carry my quad.
If you look at the wheel well in the box, there is a notch on the top.
I cut a 2x4 to size across there for the tires to sit on so there isn't as concentrated of a load.
    Then just strap it forward.

Yeah it fits between the wheel wells it’s tight but Works and I use a 4x4 in each corner of the bed so to not hit the window

Out of curiosity, will it still fit with the rail system?

be careful of the rear window when loading the atv up, i busted one out of an older truck i had doing this same thing once...OOPS! it was expensive mistake. a bit of plywood and an old mtb tire between the atv and window will help with this trust me, and it won't take up too much space.
