Poll: Am i parked illegally?

I would call the courthouse, road dept, or whoever issues road signs and ask them how the sign is to be interpreted. If they say "the curb should have been painted" or "between the two signs" then you have a case. Never hurts to ask before you go through the trouble to fight it.

 

When you figure in court costs you are better off paying it. Though you can go talk to the officer (his id number will be on there) and see what the deal is. BUT be polite.
