If you have a problem with him take it to the moderators and/or him, democracy doesn't exist on a private forum owned by another entity.

 

Slander? Would you like a hurt feelings report? Smitty actually contributes a lot if you read and a lot of his comments are not negative at all. You should be banned for starting this "spam" thread as you put it. If you don't like what he posts/says then don't read it or comment. Is that really that hard?

Indeed, much of his posting is informational and we wouldn't know some of the problems exist without them.
