OK so I got my Bilstein 5100's (F&R) and I keep going between doing my setting on the 4th or 5th perch. I ordered Falken Wildpeak A/T3 265/75/16 to go on my factory wheels with FACTORY coils (so as not to void the Bilstein warranty). Along with that I am doing the 1.50" rear AAL and the front differential drop kit. Looking at pics, I like the stance of the Taco's on the 4th perch (1.55"), but have seen a couple pics of them on the 5th perch (2.00"). So let me know whatcha' all think! Feel free to add pics of your truck WITH the perch setting you have!

Depends on coils. when I put 590lb coils on I ran it on the bottom perch. If running OEM coils I think I was on the second from the bottom?

It was 2nd or 3rd from the bottom on my tired 90k mile OEM coils. I can't remember. I changed over to OME 887s I picked up for $20 like 20k ago so I've slept many times since then lol.
Just bought 6112s with 650lb coils so the 5100s will be coming off.

Go to 5th. Ditch the drop kit and replace the needle bearing.

My DCLB with 5100s set on the 4th perch, stock coils, 1/4 shim and a 1 inch rear block, did the ECGS bushing, front diff and rear carrier drop and it has a slight rake, run 265/70/17 Toyo AT2s on 4Runner Pro wheels. No issues what so ever, did my son's the same way, everything identical except he is on the 5th perch, again no issues and both ride and drive pretty much the same. I added the new Sumo bump stops.

Both will ride the same, and look pretty dang close. It's just how much of a rake you prefer. If you don't have a constant load/tow, I'd just go the full 2"

Check your Taco Lean. I had some that I didn't notice until I measured. Reusing my Sport springs, I went to the 4th perch on the left and 3rd on the right. That put me up and even 1.5in in the front and gave me a 1.5in rake that pairs with the Icon RXT Option 1 packs.
