    Too much gear for camping? When I take my child, his friends, my dog, and my wife the bed really isn't that big for all of our gear.

    I take it you never used, saw or carried a canoe before. A trailor for a canoe? really?? I think the highway patrol can't do a thing if my canoe is tied properly to my roof. Its not illegal.

    Who said the bars are used for just men? Maybe people have kids or a short partner....

    nfab step bars, those run 400-500 bucks. you can pick up a roof rack later on for around 200

    ^^^18 yea they did thankfully and I am blessed every day to drive it. Used to have old jeep and they bought me the taco to get to college. Reliability issues with the jeep. At blacktacoma still saving some for the lift.

    Did you have any fitting problems in the front? Mine looks like it doesn't fit well.. If it's no hassle could you take an up close picture of the front stripping? I boxed it in red.. I'm just not sure if there's something wrong with my roof rack, or it's just the design.

    If its coming up a bit, just put some silicone under it. That will press it down more

    Yea mine was raised a bit to fix it just bend the front bracket a little further down. This will make it sit flush
