None currently, but I would like a better sounding exhaust and perhaps a cold air pack and some color coded step bars
I think most of the folks on this forum, just like to work on their own vehicles when they can and to learn new things. Saving $$$ is always good but its the satisfaction that counts. And you know who to blame if something screws up, as we have all been there.

I do my own maintenance until it gets into the drive train or something like that. Then I pay the people who have a lift, the right tools, parts, and knowledge to do it. :D Also, first major repair was under warranty, and the second was 200 miles from home. It would've cost more than the repair to tow it back to my place, and I didn't want to deal with a wheel bearing.

But brakes, oil, filters, lift, and mods I do myself.

I feel that my truck and i have a better relationship because i take care of her and change her oil frequently. I make sure she's full all the time and treat her well. And in return, she takes care of me. She's my Taco, and i love her! :)

I'll be doing my own oil changes & tire rotations and any other basic maintenance.

I took mine to my dealership for the first service at 5000 miles because my salesman told me it was free. Turns out only the oil change was free... they charged me $20 or so to do the tire rotation - which I thought was very cheesy and a total rip-off. To add insult to injury, they either forgot to put one of my wheel center caps back on or put it on incorrectly, because two days later, I noticed it was missing (they bought me a new one). They also gouged/scratched the trim around the HVAC controls and the dash below them when they replaced my first defective radio (second one is bad now) and had to replace them after I complained. They'll never see my truck again. If it gets recalled for some reason, I'm going to a different dealership.

I change it when I have the time and a nice place to do it... but, honestly, sometimes I must use another place to do it once snow falls. I like it for satisfaction and to save the $$$ - even though I just use dino oil.

I love changing my oil. Can't wait until a lift will make it that much easier:)

One of those new electric lifts, I hope? They are great, would make a nice addition to a guys garage.

Have yet to do my 30K maint, (33K on the clock) will probably schedule it in Nov......won't be using my local dealership, as I would rather have another independent shop do it. They service just Toyota's and Subies....and they really take care of the vehicle .....

No, I was actually just talking about a 3" lift making it easier for me to crawl under my truck:)
However back home my dad, who recently retired from owning a service station damn near his whole life, has two lifts. And just about everything else.

Ah, a lift kit, well at least you can go over to your Dad's to use them.
