I don't think any of those poll options reflect my opinion on wheel spacers. If I needed them for proper wheel/tire fitment, yeah definitely. Otherwise, what's the point?

Question is what are doing etc to your truck that would require wheel spacers?

Nothing other than changing the stance. I am really hesitant, but I do like the look.

Tacoma world is filled with old farts that don’t understand “stance”, purists that may be offended that you are tinkering with what the almighty Toyota has created for you, and many many people that believe in the myth that spacers somehow are the worse than chlamydia. So not only should you put spacers on, but take tons of instagram pics, post those pics on the forum, and rave how they increased your mpg, and performance.

I see the humor in that, but I am actually meaning the question rationally.
We're talking about CAR PARTS here. That's not something that anybody is ever going to buy for anybody as a random gift.
I can see see random dodads like steering wheel covers or universal floor mats, but not actual PARTS unless the recipient actually asked for them.

Maybe throw in a couple of pistons and a rear wheel bearing while they're at it?

The question was intended to ask others’ preference if cost was not involved. That’s all.

I meant it to be serious, but I got heaps of entertainment on the side, which is to be expected. Happy Thanksgiving to all.

A good brand of spacer is not going to hurt anything, especially if they are hub centric
