Like front flex? I agree, if that’s the case. I actually think it’s partially due to the SDHQ sliders that bolt up to cab mount locations on the frame and prevent some frame flex. Also not super impressed with the OME kit.

Thinking about changing some things out to improve front flex. Rear is fantastic, as you can see.

Oh I meant not 3 wheeling enough

But yeah flex looks limited up front as well.

Whenever I go wheeling, I'd take a set of maxtrax on the roof and consider that max capacity. Don't need to have any added weight messing with me.

Im also thinking about the Prinsu rack (but kinda skeptical about drilling holes on the cab). Do you guys know if a Prinsu will make extra noise/whistling ?

It will absolutely add noise and decrease mpg, especially on the highway. You’ll feel it in the pedal.

I already drive a small tank so it's fine, plus I'm regeared.

No, but it’s not like the principles of physics change between gens. Once upon a time I had a gen 1 Xterra… loading up that roof rack was interesting. Roof rack weight pretty much does the same things to every truck.

@Kwikvette - ok, maybe it would be around 80lb's , the rack weighs 47lb with hardware, two small pelican cases and 1 bag probably. rest of heavy stuff in the bed. but maybe better to safe than sorry. thanks !
