I had never thought of taking them off, as I try to keep all of my equipment original. Usually that is better for the resale if I ever do sell some of my equipment.

I prefer as stealth as possible. No stickers.

If history can be used as a guide to the future I'll be taking my new truck to a lot of different places all over North America (fingers crossed for SA as well this time around) and the less attention it draws the better. Anyone that's going to get some weird misplaced TRD boner over seeing it will already know what they're looking at anyway and won't need the decal.

I'd rather remove the emblems than the stickers. To me, it's part of the heritage of the Tacoma line. A little old school in a day of modern wonders.

They look nice and would likely help resale value a bit down the road to keep them. You could always put new ones back on if you decide to resell but it's easier to just leave it alone.

    They're stickers so ...

tired of them? take them off!

want them again? buy some new ones!

    repeat as necessary.

For Toyota ones maybe they cost that much, but they're stickers so not exactly some integral part to the function of the truck. You can find a set of decals for $10-15 on Ebay.

My dealer put a sticker, a license plate frame, and if that wasn't enough, they put one of those plastic pieces in the hitch receiver with their dealer information as well. All of that came off as soon as I got home.

Got a tattoo when I was 17 and finally had it removed when I turned 40. No regrets. Those stickers reminded me of the tattoo. Took 'em off and no regrets.

I kept the TRD stickers but debadged everything else. I went back and forth on removing them as well, but decided I liked them.

I went a slightly different direction. I kept the graphics, removed the V6 badge and got creative in ways where I could make the overall truck look better. I get a lot of compliments on this.

EDIT: Yes, this is a JOKE!!!!!!

Might as well add the Ford "King Ranch" emblems to make it look even more better!
