Replaced stock radiator bushings on my 15 sport this morning, it took about an hour... Must say these stock OEM radiator bushings suck, rubber so thin you can tear with ease. Thanks goes out to Roberto 12TRDTacoma for show/tell these polyurethane radiator bushings.

 How are these holding up, for anyone that has placed them in? Living up to expectations?

sub a dub. Adding it to the list of possible stuff to replace as maintenance stuff. Getting three u joints tomorrow, then most likely inner/outer tie rods and upper/lower ball joints within the next few weeks. May as well add these to the list. Are the install instructions pretty good? I've never put these in.

Thanks for the link also. Just ordered a set myself. Don't really plan on doing a lot of off road wheeling but also don't like the crappy OEM rubber.

Do the core support bushings mess with the cab to fender alignment?

Did you put the thick one on the top?

I did put the thicker one on top. I may flip it back though. My core support is in pretty bad shape. I have fixed the cracks but it isn't very square anymore. Probably gonna take a body shop to fix it but i imagine i'll cage my front before that happens :)

It did on mine by putting the thicker one on top. But I have fiberglass fenders and can easily fix it when I get around to it...if I ever do. It doesnt bug me all that much.

Just got mine in. Do you have to do any jacking of the rad support to fit the top bushing in? Or is there space already left once the old rubber is removed?

Yup used my floor jack and about 2 feet of 4x4 to lift it up to get enough room to slide the thick one on top. If you put the thinner one on top it should probably just slide in with just a crow bar lifting it a bit.

Alright fellas, my ES radiator bushings are coming today and I want to install them tonight. I've got the stock factory bumper cover on my truck. What instructions do I follow to get these in? Is there an install writeup written yet? Instructions? Factory torque values?

I can go dig in the FSM, but would rather not, if I don't have to.

Thanks in advance of any help.

No install included with these. You are flying blind really. :D
No need to yank the front bumper off, it is all pretty accessible under there.
I think the nuts are 9/16", don't quote me on that.
One socket and one box worked for me. Oh, and a pair of pliers to yank the old ones out.
The bottom factory bushing is easy, the top one takes a bit more muscling.
I would suggest (haven't done it yet, I plan to do this later today to see if it helps with the creaking.) maybe smearing a little lithium grease where the poly touches metal.
I put the small bushing on top and the big bushing on the bottom.
    Good luck.

edit: Crom, are you doing radiator and cab?

Lithium grease did the trick.
Think the noise was coming from where the two sleeves rub. It is pretty tight there.
