On what? The cracks or flat belly?

Regarding the Flat Belly: I think it would best to track down the current owner of Kevins truck. Kevin was the founder of ArmorTech. I tried to get his contact info from 4xInnovation Owner but he wouldn't/didn't have his number.

Cut the stock crossmember out and notch a rectangle tube with a few holes drilled in it and sammich it to the frame, raises the GC around 3". You'd need to be a prerunner or have a clocked transfer case to get er done

Sorry if this is a dumb question but...for me to replace the rad support bushings do I have to remove the 4 nuts on the cab mount bolts?
Also does changing the front sway bar bushings to poly make a big difference?

Cab mounts? No you don't even have to touch them honestly.

Changing the sway bar bushings to poly should make a difference. I don't have one anymore so I cannot confirm. It usually does though.

Unless you're changing all 6 bushings, then yeah, remove the cab mounts as well :D

Thanks for the info. I suppose if I'm going to replace the rad support bushings I should also replace the 4 cab bushings also.

Replacing the cab bushings made a big difference in the ride quality in my truck.
I went with Energy Suspension master bushing kit.

Pretty sure you just unbolt from under the truck at the cab mounts, probably do all 4 at the same time, and just jack one side of the truck up at a time, just like you do the front bushings?

You gotta undo all 4 bolts that are in the cab and then the two bolts that hold each individual body mount in. The two bolts at each body mount were way too tight for me to remove unfortunately.

I used my impact on the in cab ones, but the ones on the frame are inaccessible by my impact. I need the air socket wrench one. I'll buy one eventually.

Don't worry. There's more where that comes from. We were going to be friends anyways. That's just the way life works.

Shit. You are right. They are indeed inaccessible. They are in weird spots under the frame.

    FML.

We need to have a mod day again in June. Once the truck gets back I need to install all my electronics and random bushings/mounts and such all over the truck. Then we're going over to Prairie City for a fun day trip. Maybe the Rangers will let us jump for a bit.

    Yes
Loosen the cab bolts first then jack the body up a bit and you will be able to get to the smaller bolts
