Yea you swap the front rotors and calipers on from a 1st gen tundra. Works great. Bolts right up. Lots more stopping power to handle the extra weight of bigger tires and armor.

Id have done it long ago if my 15s would clear them.

and im sure you can wait one more trip for the crawl box :p haha  gonna be sweet.

I plan on coming up. Haven't hooked up the new compressor. All my free time has been put towards the 35s.

Andy, you have a marlin crawl box right?

Get the steal braided lines or you will have very squishy brakes after the upgrade.

I got my calipers off ebay so only spent about $450 total. A few more pics in my build.

    Sweet

No I have Davez offroad/trail gear cases. Marlin had a long wait just like they told you so I ordered from Davez to save money. He still took forever though, might as well have waited for Marlin

Did you end up ordering it? I only ask because I like the oiling you get from the Inchworm case better...
Here's a quote from NorCalPr explaining the difference

"Inchworm changed their design a couple years ago to use Marlins double row and cage bearing. They all use the same guts now. The only real difference is the inchworm unit uses a large plate, that's holds the bearings snap ring down. Marlin uses 4 bolts to hold the snap ring down.

The oiling system is incorporated into that plate. Marlin uses a shelf"

I guess that all depends on when Marlin releases their new rear adapter plate. Check out the link I posted for you on my build and read up on the bearing issues we've been having...
