They sit on the bed rails, then use the tie down tracks to bolt in place. No drilling required.

So do they slide in under the hardware and weather stripping for the softopper? That's what's throwing me

Once the AllPro Pack Rack is installed, then you reinstall the softopper. The clamps that hold the softopper in place have to be cut down to fit in the slots on the rack base. The bottom of the softopper mounting plates go on top of the pack rack.

Surprised to see the ARB bumper go, too big? Do you have BSM? I've been searching for a decent replacement and it seems C4 is the only one with BSM support but I dont like the angled license plate. RCI says they have brackets to mount them lower but no idea how they actually mount.

I do not have the BSM system. I think CBI was getting ready to add that compatibility to their bumpers.

On the bumper swap: We are constantly striving towards complete uniformity on our(RCO) builds, as it's part of our long term planning. This includes bumpers.
The two 4runners on our Team are going to be installing CBI bumpers in the summer after they launch the new design.

I'll have some updated pics coming in the next few days, but decided this one would work for posterity. I've swapped to a new tent setup, a new awning, and
will be swapping tires, hopefully today or tomorrow depending on once they get delivered.

OP, are you running spacers with those new wheels to clear the UCA?

Very awesome looking rig. I gotta be honest and say that I've seen many many builds on here, but this one just stood out the most to me.

My STT PROs now have almost 40k on them. I had planned on replacing them before our upcoming big trip. They happen to be a tire I've been interested in
for a while. So, the timing was right. I'm looking forward to getting a chance to try them out. They are showing to arrive today.
Super anxious to get them installed!

The VTX Terra's clear the UCAs without a spacer. Their offset looks perfect in my book. The truck looks so much more aggressive with these wheels.

Thanks very much for the compliment!

Perhaps I missed it, but what top plate are you using with the CBI Offroad sliders? Or are they custom made?

It's CBI top pates. Just ordered it with the sliders.

The General X3s have really nice road manners, and did very well at the Uwharrie OHV trail system(hard packed red clay, and rocks),
as well as in the Mountains of NE Tennessee(soft wet soil, and mud as it was raining). Both trips, I was by myself, so photo opportunity was
    limited.

I also recently swapped from the ARB Simpson III tent, to the Free Spirit Recreation Extreme Canopy series tent, and their
    56" awning.
Some of plusses on the FSR tent vs the ARB is the ladder(better than the ladder on my Tepui Kukenam also),
the diamond plating on the floor bottoms, and the FSR comes with an anti-condensation mat.
The material on the FSR is super nice! Just an FYI if you've got a itenerary you're trying to keep, better bring an alarm clock when
you camp, as this tent does a great job of knocking down the outside light. Perfect for those mornings you want to sleep in!

The FSR awning is also very nice, and is 6" wider than the ARB 1250 It replaced. 6" is a pretty substantial difference, and will
provide a nicer footprint when we've got to sit or cook under it in the rain.

Thanks man! That would be cool. I'm anxious to check out the trailer setup you're getting.

Hey man, been a while since I've seen your rig. I think last time was at Blue Ridge Overland Gear's flea market a few months back. Didn't realize you were on TW.
You going to be out at Expo west?

Good seeing you on here! I'll be at Expo East, and will be at FJ Summit, but won't be able to make it to Expo West this year. You going?

<-------- Jealous. That will be awesome. Whereabouts in CO you moving? I've been trying to talk my wife into making the leap for years, and I think I've
    almost got her convinced.
