Poor Idle / stalling issue

Hi Guys,

I am new to the forum, I have a 2003 2wd 5speed 2.4L.

Originally I was having a high idle issue, it would start up just fine now, once the engine was warm it would then idle at 3-4K. I pilled the throttle body, and cleaned it, replaced the idle control valve. Now it will hard start due to very low idle, needs throttle to start, once started and moving it will idle just fine. maybe a little low hard to tell without a tach. Drives fine likes this.

I also am having a stalling issue when I fuel up, I do not over fill, once the pump clicks I'm done. it will always stall or stumble and when I restart maybe once or twice it will run fine.

I am only have a 1 code at this time, its for the 02 downstream. I was getting this code before the idle issue, and stalling issues, it does both issues after code has been cleared.

does anyone have some ideas that might help with these issues?
