If he won't send you what you paid for and you know his name and address, contact the local police in his area. Have printed copies of conversations from first contact to last and file charges for theft by deceit.

As a last resort to try and get some type of resolution to this, maybe someone on here knows him, and can get him to either ship the item I purchased, or refund my money. We all know he goes by Obi-Wan, his name is Joe Bedwell, from Staten Island NY. He is an employee of the NYFD out of Bedford-Stuy. in Brooklyn. This is normally not the way I would like to conduct any type of business, of course, but after 3 months of getting the run around, lied to, and just plain laughed at, by someone that thinks it a joke that he can take something without any type of recourse on my end, he leaves me no other choice.

If you guys really want to go down that road....just write a boat load of bad yelp reviews about his business and wreck his shit, and if he fixes his fuck up here, then delete reviews. I mean $300 is still $300. Anything under $50 I'd move on and cut my losses, but $300 is a good chunk of change to have been stolen.
