There is much more info on the net about this seller, but just waiting to hear if any results have been made by Skunkman/civicrtype1 first.

Curious if mods have blocked his IP or not? Or did he create a dummy profile and is reading all this and laughing to himself.

Well, probably feeling a bit paranoid now since we've got all his info...

The last contact I had with him was a text on May 25th. I paid him in mid-March. He keeps putting me off on either shipping it, or refunding my money. I told him that over the summer I would be in Brooklyn, taking my son to the Coast Guard recruiting station, for a PT test and ASVAB testing, but the last thing I wanted to do was have to hunt him down to pick it up then. (If there even is a Pro Comp lift kit there) I explained it has been 3 months, and I didn't even care if he sent it to me C.O.D - and I would pay the shipping a second time, if that's the problem. I just wanted to get this resolved at some point, and to him it's a big joke. I don't like to call someone out as an asshole for not following through with a deal, I make many a year and have never been burned by anyone till now. If the amount was less, I would write it off, but at 300 bucks, it would by my new 5100's from DSM, I can't ignore that much. This guy has a good job with the NYFD, and a side business also, my 300.00 means nothing to him. Besides, what he has done is no better than stealing, he has had 3 months of me being patient, waiting for either him to ship this, or at least a full refund, it takes less than 5 minutes to resolve this completely and make me go away with a Pay pal refund. I don't suspect I'll ever see my 300.00 ,and I think to him now it is just a matter of principal and quite humorous, knowing he can keep it, and there really is not a lot I can do, besides going to Brooklyn and trying to hunt him down. If by chance a very clean (2 month old ) Pro Comp lift kit shows up at my door, or 300.00 , I will certainly update this post. If nothing else it is providing T.W. with some entertainment.....

Do you have messages stating the terms of the deal? Despite you sending the money as a "gift" it is still fraud if you can prove he agreed to the terms. I will pm you about this issue but you really should pursue this as a victim of fraud.

    Hey Albert,

I'm using my wife's PayPal account and the email is as follows:

    klbakb15@gmail.com

Just shoot me a PM once you drop the $300 in and I'll get started on getting it to the shippers

ObiWan Tacomi, Mar 16, 2015 Report

    Hey Albert,

Just touching base again. I've got it all cleaned and boxed up finally. I should have it shipped out pretty soon. I'll provide you with a tracking number from the USPS as soon as I get it.

    Thanks,
    Joe

Thank you, to the TW members who politely called him and voiced their opinion on this. We'll see what happens, he says he will refund some of my money and try to get this out tomorrow. ( Heard that before a few times....) LOL

Should put an ad on Craigslist using his company phone number offering free lawn mowing for the first 100 callers.

He was supposed to refund me 100.00 bucks last night, in good faith to show he wasn't yanking my chain again, and then try to get this out today. Never saw any money come my way yet.......we'll see.

I would actually be very surprised if any money actually came your way. He's getting bugged by all the members calling him and so he's trying to get us to stop by "saying' he's gonna start paying stuff back, so the. He can string you guys along for another month. He already has your money and unless you're ready to play hardball with this guy, I guarantee you're not gonna see any cashtmp_9811-George Zimmer I Guarantee It619854555.jpg
