Last time a guy tried this with me he didn't know who he was messing with. He wanted to try and ignore me and all that BS. I asked a deputy at work if there was anything he could do to help me. The guy used a work email to contact me with. His supervisor got a call from the deputy and was told he used a work email that involved them and he was going to contact the local PD and be brought up on charges of theft by deception. The supervisor said he would contact HR and ask what to do about this because he had never had a situation like this before. Guy returned the call to the deputy. He tried to claim he mailed it and it must have gotten lost in the mail. Deputy told him he had 20 minutes to fax a copy of the receipt from mailing along with tracking number and name of postal employee he spoke with to mail it. Money was returned within 15 minutes. I rejected it and told him he needed to mail the dive computer I paid for. Item magically was shipped overnight and he stated he would sent me the backup one he had just like it. Funny how the backup was the same thing and had the same dive numbers on it as the one he was selling. Fuck thieves.

Way I look at it if you want to sell something you make the time to get it shipped within a day or two. If you can't do that then you shouldn't have offered it up for sale. When I sell something I ship either that day or the next morning. I treat other people as I want to be treated. I've shipped an item before overnight without any extra shipping charge just because I knew the guy was excited to get the damn thing.

Yea I'm always super open about it "hey, just got your cash, I'm out and about and probably won't get to it until Monday" then I plan to drop the stuff off right when I get off of work and then send them a tracking #. I have had UPS fuck up on the tracking # before though where it didn't track until the package was like at the delivery facility a week later. But I've never had something not delivered

In fact I'm starting to learn I need to start over pricing my shipping lol. The last couple times I go to ship something I think I'm giving us both a good price on shipping and then I end up having to cover an extra 20-40$ because it was more than I thought it was lol

It appears Skunkman is being TopGunned.

However, with some pressure from TW, it got resolved, and hopefully this situation does also.

Just talked to joe at *67 (718) 702-0027 and asked him why he can't ship out items when someone pays for them. So, he is answering. Everyone call this dude and blow up his phone for days

Says he still hasn't shipped it out and admitted to still not refunding skunks or OPs money as of a few mins ago. Said he talked to skunk and agreed to refund. I said talk is cheap.

Said he had the lift in a box in the bed of his truck for over a month and it's all wet now so he cant send it out. (So he didn't pack it up till May 13?)

I let him know all the info we knew about his awesome 5k time, his business, where he lived and worked, and that 100's of members wouldn't stop until TW members were made right.

He wants to "get TW off his nuts". I told him we want that dick. So it's working. keep blowing up his work phone. Dudes a liar and scammer using TW members

First off, I owe everyone on here a big thank you. With a little persuasion from our TW members, Joe was kind enough today to refund my 300.00 through Pay pal. I don't know what anyone did to convince him to do the right thing, but it has worked, and I appreciate it. It seems his business phone is getting just a "little " activity, to the point of being useless. He asked if I would please update my post when he paid me, and as a man of my word, I am doing that. Thank you all again for the help, I never wanted it to go this far, but if people held up there end of the obligations, this would not have been necessary and could have all been avoided. Thank you all again for the help, and if I can do anything in the future to assist other members, I gladly will. Albert

Good on TW for all the help they've given Skunkman...I think that everyone should keep pestering him until he refunds the OP, then Chris should ban his thieving ass permanently.
