I think it’s like 7 feet long closed and 15 open. No pictures of the inside but it’s pretty clean, a be done in each end and the table folds into a bed also. Slept 3 in it just fine this weekend, canvas is good, no leaks.

It’s got 1 outlet and 2 lights, a stove and a hand pump sink :jerkoff:, no heater or ac, but I just t’d into the stove line and ran a line for a buddy heater. That thing makes it like summer time. Shouldn’t need ac, cause low maintenance me.

Oh nice I didn’t realize it opens up and out I figured it just went up I guess. My camper has a hand pump sink in it also. These little guys take hardly anything to heat them up it’s pretty nice.

You should check out the led push button lights at lowes if you are thinking about adding more lights. They are just battery powered but mine lasted all last hunting season no problem.

Lights work fine, just need power to them. It’s annoying to run a generator for that. The Lowe’s lights are something I’ll have to check out though. Would be nice.

I already use a 6” drop and it’s still like that.

I don’t plan on selling it so why not. It’ll be fun.

Dude there's nothing wrong with adding some ground clearance by flipping the axle. I'm running the timbren axle-less suspension now but had a flipped axle before and it worked great. My old axle with leaf springs is still on the side my house waiting for other projects let me know if you need pictures.

I have been considering doing the an axle flip on my pop up camper. There is a bunch of info online about it, just google it. When I do it I am going to purchase the axle flip kit that requires welding. if you want bigger tires you may need to upgrade your axle also? My pop up has 12 in tires it is a mac ltd 178. Post pics if you do the axle flip. You may also need to replace your entry step (from a 2 step to a 3) and stabilizer jacks or always carry 4x4 blocks.

No steps on the ol palomino, just A stool hahah, probably just get some treated 6x6’s for jack stands.

I’m gonna flip the axle hopefully this summer and will be sure to update. But it’s currently on the mountain so it’s got no choice but to be low.

Should probably just convert it to timbren and then make it a smooth belly so you can drag it over shit and not worry lol

I’m either going to buy and mod or build a Teardrop from scratch and I plan to do it. I want to be able to pull it where my truck goes without issues

When you put those spares on your truck did you have to pay attention to the offset of each wheel or do they pretty much stay the same throughout the years? @JKO1998

Second gen wheels are different, they suck the tire into the wheel well more.
1st gen spares are the ones you want if you’re planning on doing the tundra brakes.

Ok thanks man. TBU is high on the never ending list of truck stuff. I did it to my 4runner and it was nice.
