I have a 2019 Tacoma with 11800 miles. Ever since I bought it new, when the outside air drops below 50* or thereabouts, there’s a really annoying popping sound coming from the bezel that covers the air outlets on the dash. I can push really hard on the bezel and the popping stops. Has anyone else encountered this problem and if so, what did you do to solve the problem? I still have a year or warranty left BTW!

My right side dash speaker cover and A-pillar trim would pop and creak as they rubbed together, when I first got my truck. I pushed the pillar trim in and it hasn't done it since.

Yup I’ve had the same problem. I put electrical tape between the bezel & the dash & it helped quite a bit.

Mine does this intermittently. I ignore it. At first it sounded like a rock hit my windshield.

Remember that when it gets colder these materials contract slightly, so something that was solidly in place at 80 degrees may now have a bit of a rattle at 50 degrees.

Not related but something weird nonetheless, when we bought our 2012 Yaris new, made in Japan...we noticed that once in a while the car smelled like there was weed somewhere inside the dash...so whenever we used the heater it gave a wiff of weed. Now, we don't smoke anything so definitely no one can say that's us...I never opened the dash to check. To this day is still does give that wiff...but somewhat less concentration :D. I joked with the wife and son...imagine trying to cross the border in the States:rofl:. Now just to clarify, that crap is legal in Canada...and we don't use, we just get it second hand from our little Yota:D!
