Hey there Bill you know there are some things that are "completely normal", "our other trucks on the lot do the same thing."

    And .... cannot replicate.

My experience with dealers. Best to do it myself. They can do some stuff OK. My last 3 visits to the dealer were "fail". Broken parts on return, changed my diff oil to dyno 2nd gen spec when asked them to change my transfer case oil.... and blamed me for my door window regulator fail after I replaced tweeters in the dash that were plug n play. Plus for guys that are handy, may as well get in there and learn what the truck is made of. Its a great truck ... my only issues were very minor and fixable by me.

    In order of likelyhood.

    1) it's because of your lift, not warranty

    2) can't replicate

    3) normal

    4) It's your lift, but you're cute, so we'll sneak it thru warranty.

    ...stuff
From what I’m reading... Nick, wear a low cut V neck shirt to the dealer. That’ll help

So if they tell me its my lift im getting rid of the stock springs and blocks and going to get the dakars. Mind as well just go ahead and pull the trigger on the kings as well. Bought the carrier bearing drop last night off toytec for 12 bucks, so ill try that when that comes in as well.

Didn't say they'd say it was the lift, my bet was

Fine to spend more money to change things if you wish, but it's doubtful those parts are the noise maker.

Looks like there is a diff skid on in video. Have you checked if it was the cause of noise?

I checked almost everything underneath the truck to see if anything was loose. I dont have a rear diff skid you may be seeing the little cover that covers the e-locker actuator, if you have a sport you dont have one.

Well the plan was to swap to kings or ads the whole time... i feel like maybe running dakars with the hammer hangers from archive might help as well

Sorry guys..... Did visit the dealer and good news!!!! Nothing was wrong with the bastard. The guy drove it and heard the noise and couldnt pin point where it was coming from so he had a guy ride in the back seat and in the bed of the truck And drove around the toyota parking lot to find out where it was coming from. It was a combination of a seat belt caught up under the rear bench seat clammering on metal and my dogs ball rolling back and forth in the door cupholder pocket i didnt even see. Everytime id hit the gas it would roll forward hit the breaks it would roll back. I swear i went through the entire truck and made sure everything was secure. Just goes to show you little things can be over looked... haha. So when they called me and told me what it was I felt like a complete dumbass but all the guys at toyota here in columbia are real cool didnt charge me. Still felt like a dumbass though lol
