Popping Noise

2007 Tacoma 2.7

I drive at 60 mph, come to a stop, and 1-3 seconds later I get a single pop on the right side of the truck. If I drive to the next light 1-3 miles away and stop I get the same single pop. It sounds like a large vent flap is closing. Truck runs great with 22.4 MPG of mixed driving (I measure every tank). Any Ideas? Odometer 2007, 2.7 manual with 41,000. It's summer, 80 + I am running the AC.
