I just got my Tacoma last Friday not even 300 miles in and I’m hearing a popping noise coming from the front right after car has sat for a minute off. Happens in the mornings and when I leave work. Don’t know if anyone else has this issue.

No modifications whatsoever not even wheels yet

Are you applying the brakes at the time you hear the noise?

No brakes are being applied. It does the abs check every time you start the car right ?

Auto trans? If so, it's probably the parking gear aligning. If you park on flat ground, sometimes the gear doesn't quite click in until the wheels roll ever so slightly. I've noticed that many times on my old car, and new Tacoma. Not a worry in the world about it.

Update. Noise is coming from rear after having the hand brake applied. And moving for about 10-20 feet noise is heard

Could be a issue with the rear brake shoes, there have been a few issues regarding them on earlier models.
