So I bought my Tacoma back in February and I noticed right away that there were quite a few spots on the frame that didn’t have any paint on them and were showing the beginning of surface rust. Mainly on all the welds that hold the cross members and mounting brackets on the frame. Today I got underneath and cleaned and applied POR-15 over all the spots I could get to. I applied it on the rear axle and the leaf springs as well. I took extra care not to get overspray on anything that wasn’t supposed to be painted black. Especially all the factory tags and markings on the frame. Came out pretty nice. Matches factory finish on frame well. I hate putting goopy/oily rust proofing under a vehicle so I’ll just keep a few cans on hand and reapply as necessary every summer.DD8636C3-F218-4ECC-A1BA-361F3D453F01.jpg 9911B6EF-B699-4D8D-9E50-6506362FFD3F.jpg 7C86DA64-39A2-470B-ACAE-C79C8614F27F.jpg D77BB9E4-029B-4D50-9D02-92DF3B9D5C5D.jpg BE93815A-527C-4814-BBD0-CB63CE91A365.jpg
