I'm asking $2500.00 for the garage and I'm 45 mins north of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. I'm fine with receiving offers, but please be realistic as this was $5000.00 brand new.

This is a inflatable portable garage manufactured by Big Productions Inc. This is 23 feet long by 15 feet wide by 9 feet high. The garage is completely stabilized by an Grizzly Air Blower, which circulates air throughout the garage to keep it up. If you want to turn off the garage you simply turn off the blower and the garage deflates within five minutes. This garage has several tie down points while also having sand bag inserts on both side walls to keep the garage anchored down. This garage comes with a fresh air system, which produces fresh air in the garage if you are working with chemicals, and so forth. This also has a custom rear door, which can attach to your trailer or your vehicle by velcro for added space and access. I have a whole roll of velcro that came with the garage that was never used to be able to attach it your trailer, or vehicle.

I really do not want to get rid of the garage because I love it! It's worked out so well, and I really wish I could keep it! But I'm going up to Alaska for a month in May, and then moving to Dallas once I get back into the lower 48. I just won't have any where to put it when I'm in Dallas. Here in Idaho I had several acres so it worked out perfectly. I've only used the garage since August, and it's in excellent condition. I have it listed as local pick up only, but we can work out something on the delivery just email me. If you have any other questions please feel free to email me, and I'll get back to you as soon as possible. This product could be used for many different things then just a garage because of it's simplicity to fold into a bag within 30 minutes.

I purchased this last fall because I was moving from Florida to Idaho, and the cabin I was staying at did not have a garage. I was searching for different garages the whole summer before I left, and I came across this. I was only going to be living in Idaho for a couple of months, and I did not want my vehicle sitting out in the harsh weather. This was a perfect set up because it inflates within 2 minutes and deflates in 5 minutes. While also easily folding up into a 4 foot by 4 foot tarp bag for easy storage. There's no bolts, screws, or anything like that so it's very simplistic, which was perfect for me.

I've used the garage from the middle of August until present time, and it has worked flawlessly. I've faced all kinds of different weather, and the garage has kept my vehicle protected the whole time. The garage itself has 15 inches of insulation from the outside to the inside, so there's no condensation, or leaking. By having that much insulation it keeps your vehicle warm during the winter time, and cool during the summer time. The garage has also worked excellent during the winter time with snow. The garage will hold several inches of snow, and once it gets to heavy you'll see the garage start to slowly collapse. Then you just turn off the blower and allow the rest of the snow to pill up. Once it's done snowing just take a plastic snow shovel (that does not have sharp edges) and shovel the snow right off the garage. Because of the nylon material the snow will shovel right off, and turn back on the blower and your garage is up in minutes.

I sit right between two mountains in a valley, and I've had a lot of strong winds come through. The garage stayed it's ground through all of it. As I mentioned you can run sand bags on both sides as many as you would like, while also having tie down straps on the front and back of the garage. The special door I had added to the back of garage works perfectly for strong winds. If you leave the front door open and remove the back door cover, the wind will blow right through your garage without beating it up. So even if you don't have a trailer, or a truck to use the back door. You'll need it for strong winds. I've had 50 mph gust come through and it gave the garage no issue with the sandbags, tie downs, and both doors left open for the wind to blow through.

I wanted to describe the photos that I posted, so hopefully I can clarify any questions or concerns you might have. The first couple of pictures are taken from the front of the garage. The front door zips up the middle to close it, and rolls up to both sides and ties down where it stays open. You also have two small windows on both front doors to look inside the garage if it is zipped up. The next picture includes the shelter I built for the air blower, and the fresh air system. You do not need a shelter for the equipment if the equipment isn't going to be exposed to the weather, but if it's going to get wet you must have a shelter! The blower and fresh air system runs off of electricity so you can not leave them out into the elements. I built this set up before I even tried setting up my garage, where I knew it would be protected. I built a two deck system where I could be for certain that both would be protected from the snow, and rain. The next pictures are taken from the back of the garage. I have the back door cover which just velcro's on all four corners of the garage. As I mentioned the air comes from the equipment shelter and is pumped through to the top of the garage and drops down into the duck work which runs from the back to the front of the garage producing fresh air throughout the garage. To run the garage for a whole month it cost about $40-60 worth of electricity depending on what your electric company charges you.

The garage folds down into a 4 foot by 4 foot bag, which is what it's stored in when it's not being used. I've never used the fresh air system except when I first got it to check it out. So the fresh air system will come in the original box brand new. I would really prefer not to ship this because I would hate to take the chance of a shipping company damaging the product. The garage when folded up into the bag weighs over 100 lbs. The fresh air system and air blower do not fit into the bag so they would come separate in boxes. The only way to ship this would be to put it on a palate and ship it that way, and I will not ship it any other way because I do not want to take the risk of it being damaged. I would be fine driving the product to the buyer and working out something that way. I do a lot of traveling so I'm sure it would be easy to work out. I would also be fine with including the shelter I built for the equipment if I was to deliver the product in person. I spent about $150 on wood for the shelter, and it has plenty more life left.

The garage just by it's self was $3925.00 and that included the grizzly air blower, stakes, and the 4 foot by 4 foot storage bag. The fresh air system was an additional $500.00 by it's self and that included the fresh air blower, and the outside and inside duct work. The custom door for the back of the garage was $200.00 which included the special cut out, and the door cover that removes. The total for this whole set up brand new was $4625.00. So be realistic with your offers because this is a top of the line set up!

If you have any other questions about the product you can also look at Big Production Inc. website to look at their products. It's a very trust worthy company that makes an excellent product.

    Thanks... Have a blessed day!

What is the blower's voltage, watts or amps?

I'm trying to figure out what it costs a day to keep inflated. Someone I know could use that.
