After removing my Defiant 3 Tab light bar and Hella Black Magic 500's last year, I'm wanting to explore other auxiliary off-road light options - exclusively for hunting season in the fall for forest/logging roads to help illuminate the the roads for moose & deer.

I really only need to use them a few months of the year, so I'm considering a less permanent setup that I can easily remove when I don't need it. I'm thinking of the following from Rigid Industries:

2 SR-M2 or SR-Q2 Flood/Driving mounted to the center of my front bar on my Yakima rack on my Leer 180 (mid rise model) - I want a compact single row light for low profile and I'd run quick connect plug & play harness (see below) through a window. I could disconnect easily when not needed. The low profile will still allow me to put my canoe on the rack.

Does anyone have lights like this mounted to their truck rack or rack bars?
