This hits incredibly close to home for me, and gives me extremely deep sadness of the same kind that I had just 2 years ago. I have some information for you regarding this condition. While this is not the best news someone would ever want to hear in their life, armed with the knowledge you have, you can make moves forward to improve your pup's lifespan and keep him happy and healthy. Western veterinarian medicine practice failed me, and holistic bought me some time, but I was also too late, maybe, there is still time for your pup. I'll be in touch very shortly. In the meantime, do what you can to ease your mind.

I understand the pain and sorry to hear that. in some of these cases the pplace or person you got the pupper from will refund you because unfortunately the dog is not going to live as long as originally planned. In this case I honestly would monitor the pups health and if its suffering put the dog down and orn and either get a new pup or don't los is hard no matter a person or a dog.

Dang. I hope she's able to beat the odds. The only thing you can do is make every day pleasant for her. On the positive side, she has no idea. Enjoy all the time you have with her. Sorry you guys have to go through this.

If canine kidney transplants had a higher success rate than they do, I'd be selling my Tacoma to help pay for the operation. That's how much I love this dog!

She could live to be 5-7 years old (best case scenario) or she could go downhill and die or have to euthanized before one year of age. Either way, I will always be willing to fight as long as my little Mandy is!

Congenital Renal Dysplasia. Her kidneys are essentially only operating at about 40% of their capacity.

Terrible news bro. I love dogs way too much but at the end the day you’ll know when it’s time and don’t let her suffer. Hopefully with proper diet managment and meds she’ll do just fine.

She's not suffering at all. She just drinks too much and as a result pees too much (kinda like me)...
