whenever I connect to entune with my phone via Bluetooth, entune just keeps disconnecting and reconnecting over and over.
I listen to a lot of music/podcasts through my phone and to have it constantly disconnect and reconnect over and over is really frustrating. Any ideas on how to fix? I've reset it a few times and tried everything I could think of. I also called the entune help desk, they're idiots....just like entune.

    Help!

Maybe it is trying to connect to another bluetooth device? Try deleting all others. Other than that, maybe your phone could be doing the same thing.. What kind of phone do you have btw?

I've deleted the others. And I have a Note 4. My girlfriend has a 2015 Toyota Camry, my phone connects just fine on hers, no issues.

Hmm, you have a different Entune system than I do in my 2012.. Check for software updates and take it to the dealer man. In the meantime, grab the manual and give it a flip through...

Man... I've dealt with this problem since I got my new iPhone 6 Plus. My Note 5 works perfectly with the entune system through BT. I can use all the apps as long as I'm using the Android OS. iPhone... Can't do shit with it other than make and receive calls. I've tried EVERYTHING but nothing works with the iPhone. I've deleted all the BT devices on the radio and deleted the entune app many times with no luck. There is supposed to be a new entune app coming out on the 20th so hopefully that will take care of it. I'm not holding my breath though.

See I am in the opposite boat. I have an iPhone 6, and it works so much better than my Android phone. I get in my truck, start it up and if I had music playing from my phone previously, it will continue to play. All calls automatically route through the phone. Even my album art shows up. I can change songs via the steering wheel and my phone never leaves my pocket. Obviously if my wife also has her phone on bluetooth, it will pretty much randomly connect (probably to whichever it sees first), by I have the first gen Entune. I use 0 apps on it! Even the Entune app, I downloaded it and find absolutely no use for any of the stuff.
