I get between 16-17MPG on average. That includes highway and a lot of city driving, where I'm just driving around, and I'm happy with that:thumbsup:.

    See. No complaining!!

It's a truck if I gave a shit about gas mileage I would buy a Prius. Instead I'm happy with my 15.9 and aggressive tires

Over 6 years and 79 xxx miles, our 4 cyl/4wd has averaged 23.7 mpg. Not bad for a 4 wheel drive truck, used for all sorts of driving.

I get about 18-20 mpg usually doing a solid 80 mph on the highways most weeks in my daily commute, with a lift and mud tires. I cant complain. As some have said, who the heck buy a truck for the gas mileage? Seriously take that crap to the Corolla forums.. My 15 STi with a 4 banger buying premium gas got as low as 12 mpg's at times but averaged no better then 18 typically so this truck is still a gas sipper bargain in comparison and far more useful..

80 mph with a lift and heavy AT tires and you get 20mpg.

    Sure.

That's odd. My 4Runner routinely gets better mpg than either of my two Tacomas.

TRD Supercharged 4x4 w/ 32" tires 18MPG average. Not complaining.

I also have a VW TDI diesel wagon that gets almost 60MPG to even out my overall MPG.

Before someone gives me the speech on how two cars will never help me save money-I know. But both my vehicles have high retention in value. I'm not complaining.

I average about 15 mpg combined with my new tires, but I don't care/complain because it's not my daily driver lol.

I bought a corolla to commute in. I couldn’t give a crap about the fuel mileage in the taco. And as for the electric cars, unless they can make a charge take as long as it takes to get a tank of juice, it ain’t happening for me.
