Possible bent items

You say you slid out and fell into a ravine...as in flew?

 

That doesn’t look like a drop bracket lift to me, can’t see the bracket in the picture, I dunno. My moneys on a bent spindle.

Under closer inspection, it does look like a bracket down there, still money on the spindle.

 

X5 spindle. Start there if nothing is obviously bent.

 

My guess is spindle or tie rod.
