Would you suggest doing a semi-gloss top coat and what would be the correct clear to use? Does SEM make a clear coat for interiors?

Only because I did a lot of Office Chair research, but not firsthand experience (I'll let those that do chime in), SEM does have a Color Coat Clear that goes with their other Vinyl Color Coat products. They come in High Gloss, Semi and Satin. All I can say is Satin as a whole (not just SEM) is tougher to work with IMO, because you can't sand out imperfections like High or Semi. This is from my standard Home Garage bodywork experience. I'm not skilled enough and usually need to paint correct my finish to a certain degree. Though personally for interiors I do like the Satin - Semi finishes.
