Thought that had to be at least 1.1° so the needles will spin...

It'll do it without touching the brakes... I don't see the point in this

Mine still does the "coming to a stop rumble" with my camper shell on the truck, so I can debunk the putting weight in the bed myth, and I'm sure my topper weighs more than a couple bags of mulch.

His reference of 0.0° for TC output is essentially "Zeroing" the angle finder on the TC output. The actual TC output is somewhere around 3.5° downward.

I recall from another thread that one person reported incorrect adjustment caused dragging that fixed some vibration issues. Maybe it was the 1800-2100 vibes in the buzzing thread...

So you have a 4.6 and 4.9 operating angle on two of the u joints? That seems too high, I know spicer recommends 3 degrees or less. But I'd give up life of the u joint for no vibration....

From what I have seen, there are 3-4 different complaints in this thread that everyone is lumping together.

    1. Front driveshaft
    2. Rear Driveline angle
    3. Brake pulsation
    4. Tire/driveline vibration

The springs and damper are available online. Are they supposed to be the T-SB parts?

I wonder What would this do for the vibrations felt in the 2000 rpm range through the steering wheel? Hmmm...

Is it related to a tsb for the vibration issues?

No TSB, 3rd gen forum will rejoice if there is a vibration TSB released.

I think you are seeing 3-4 solutions to one common complaint.

I have not seen a TSB for the vibration, yet. I was on TIS this weekend.

Bummer that the extra weight in the back myth doesn't help your ride like it does mine.....

There was a fellow member that had his springs replaced and an angled shim was installed, w/a steering damper. This fixed his problem and was documented. When I approached Toyota with this info and documentation, they said it was an unauthorized repair because it only covered up to 2015 models and would not attempt this repair, mainly because they won't be reimbursed for anything.

However, I hear there are new springs that have been designed to correct the departure angle, but it'll be around October till anything is available from production to allow the model year 17's to catch up since they are supposedly being equipped with these 'new springs'. This is all second hand, but I have faith in what I've been told.
