IMG_6985.jpg So I noticed looking at my rear view mirror. The door on the driver side is a bit out (not flush with the body, but the passenger side is flush). It might be hard to tell from the pics but what's bothering me is the black trim (that's also off a bit on the driver side door but not the passenger). Can this be adjusted easily or would it bother you? I think it's giving me some wind noise too. The other month someone backed into my front bumper. Odds of that throwing out the driver side door a notch? Anyways here is a picture. I also noticed just now gettin Into the truck the door hinge itself is a bit wobbly (there is an audible sound coming from the hinge, passenger side no noise, did a test on it too lol) .. the wobbly hinge to my knowledge just started today .. will thedealership tell me to go to an auto body shop or what should I say to the dealership regarding this?

Omnipotent but I got your drift lol and you get 47 internet points for even knowing that word exists.

OP the chances are zero that a tap on a bumper will knock a door out of alignment.

Looks like the B-pillar tape is what's not quite matched up....not the actual doors

I was thinking that too. When opening and closing the driver side door you can hear a clicking / knocking noise coming from the door latch. The passenger side doesn't not do this. I just called the dealership but the service booking woman is away today go figure. Is there a chance it could have became loose and dropped an half inch or popped out a half inch (does that make sense)?

    Exactly

Can't tell if door is misaligned at that angle. It looks fine, just the stupid black trim looks off. Take a pic from the angle you see the doors in the mirror

Seems to be popping out a bit above driver side door handle, originally noticed from my rear view side mirror, hard to tell from a picture of that view tho

It does look from that picture like it's slightly out of alignment. I'd take it to the dealer and let them sort it out. Could be a combination of both (door and sticker), who knows

try to find another 2017 TRD that has a similar black sticker pillars as yours and see if its the same way, if its aligned perfectly take a picture of it to the Dealer and say I want mine like this, make it so.

So I got a co worker to inspect it too. He definitely noticed the door raises a bit from the back to front with running your hand along both .. ugh

Drivers side looks worse than the passenger side.
Edit nevermind the very first pic was the driver side lol.
They should be able to adjust it without issue.
Areyou hanging onto the door, putting your weight on it when you're getting into the truck?

Doesn't look out of alignment, just looks like your black pillar stickers are off just like everyone else's. I could not get over this when I first got my truck and ripped them all off that same week. Would look great if Toyota would actually take the time to align them well... I say rip it off and call it a day.

From the picture it looks like your body lines are off by the same distance your pillar sticker is.
