So if my headlights are already been adjusted to the correct height from when I lifted it. Will I need to do any adjustments with these?

Easiest way to find out is to leave your halogens in on one side and compare the output against a wall. It will also be useful to take pictures here to provide us with a comparison.

Got these to test, so far I like them better than the LED kit it's replacing.

This kit is bright, I'll try these the next few days with an update.

High beam looks practically identical minus a hot spot 20 ft in front of you.

Is that how it looks in reality also?

Pictures can't do any justice. follow the road's center line, in the lo pic you don't see the building at the end of the street, in the hi pic you can see it.

it could also be that my headlights are not aimed properly, as the old kit would only light up the top half or the bottom half of the reflector. These bulbs light up the whole reflector.

As I suggested earlier in the thread. A wall shot with stock halogens in one and the LEDs in the other would give us a pretty good idea of how good the cutoff and distribution is.

I was reading some stuff on forums that I cannot find now. Anyways it was talking about the cooling fans in the led and off-road use being a bad combination. Any input on this?

Simply put, fans are a part that can fail relatively quickly on what's supposed to be a long lasting product. Dust, shock, and vibrations can all shorten a fan's lifespan. Fan failure = overheating = dead LEDs.

This is my point if the whole reflector is lit you are putting seriously bright light in the eyes of everybody coming at you.

LEDs get hot, they get hotter if they aren't cooled. Failed fan=heat=fire... hmmm

    That could get expensive fast!

Then why bother in the first place?

    If they're fragile, they're fragile.

Guys get 4 months on similar LED bulbs without off-roading and normal on road use.

These won't be any different. They're $30 bulbs from Guangdong.

That scatter is kind of awful.

You should park against a wall or garage or something like 20 ft ahead and take a pic.
