Try to get those because they literally are night and day.

They make seeing things closer to the truck easier and I love mine when driving at night. I almost hit a couple hogs one night but could just see them enough to brake in time because of the fogs.

Cool. I would love to find a manufacturer mark so I can see if I got smoke in my anus before about that info I PMd you about awhile back. Also a lengthy, honest review to type out and post instead of the usual "fuck yeah titties" reviews of these LED headlight products we've seen on here in the past year.

Even if you keep them until they fail, functional or not I can still find that manufacturer mark.

    Dunno.

I'd assume it'd be on the driver somewhere which is likely internal.

You can send me a pic of the black boxes, might be on there.

    PM or textypoo.

This is a classic example of uncontrolled beam pattern blinding oncoming drivers with glare/scatter from an incorrectly done headlight upgrade. While the uninformed person might thing 'wow that new LED is bright' by looking at the pic, what has really happened is the light cutoff horizon has been lost. A properly executed headlight upgrade will appear indistinguishable to oncoming drivers, while appearing drastically brighter to the driver, because exact beam control is still maintained. A projector retrofit is really needed to run these bulbs and maintain proper beam pattern/cut off.

LEDs improperly stuffed into halogen reflector fogs will also cause significant glare. If you want to upgrade to LED fogs, you should also upgrade to projector foglights.

I'd be interested in prices for both options. Single hi/lo bulbs (stock) and separate hi and low bulb (upgraded) setups.

I really like the LED modern white look but if they aren't performing the major function of lighting up the road and are blinding other drivers and possibly not passing Motor vehicle inspection, the durability/ longevity is bad, than what good are they other than looking cool and costing a lot of money? Even the new Philips LEDs most reviewers are saying that the high beam isn't as good as the stock Halogen high, at $250 a set those lights better do everything right and do the laundry too.
