Awesome! I notice the difference the most cruising between 80 and 85 in 6th gear. I can barely feel any buzz from the wheel where before it was quite noticeable. You may need to do a bit of trial and error to see where the damper is most effective for your particular vehicle.

Cool. The vibes I have remaining aren't unbearable like they were before the aforementioned fixes, but really it's that 2k buzz in the steering wheel I'd love to address b/c if in drive ~75-80mph that's where it sits in The Vibration Zone. I'll put it where you did to start, and plan to do a 300 mile r/t drive tomorrow, mostly interstate to do some whitewater kayaking tomorrow so I should have a good read

I might have missed it but do you have an AT or MT? Looking forward to hearing your feedback regardless as I'm probably going to give this a try.

Perfect, can't wait to see if it helps with the 75mph+ vibrations.

Put it on at lunch and drove around a bit, but no interstate driving until tomorrow. Couldn't tell any difference driving around in sub 50mph zones w/ red lights but we'll see how the interstate driving goes tomorrow and then I'll decide whether to move it around a bit.

You have 75+ vibrations? I may be able to help. Please describe the onset of, and what provokes, the vibrations. Is your truck's suspension stock? If not, what is different? What tires are you running?

The damper made a small difference based on my drive yesterday, but nothing miraculous. Going to try some other locations over the next week and see if I can dial it in...

Just had my 6 month 4500 mile service done, I told the service writer about the vibes in the wheel at 2000rpms. They were able to get a tech to check it out. He told me it was because of my TRD exhaust is "slightly forwards and the hangers are pushed back". LMAO

Sorry folks - been to busy to do any more tinkering with this lately. And my truck is stil too inconsistent to give an accurate review. I'll go several days and the vibes will be barely noticeable - then for no good reason they return and resume the annoyance.

Going to see if this tune helps with the consistency a bit and once I have done that I'll resume tinkering with placement of the damper

To date the only lasting impact I've found was securing the loose cable which made a big improvement in floor and pedal vibes. Still no dice on the numb steering experience though :)
