if you purchased the extended warranty and decide you dont want it, is it possible to cancel it and have that amount subtracted from your loan?

I don't know about Toyota but I was able to cancel the extended warranty on my Pontiac Grand Am. They didn't shrink the payments but it came off the back end of the loan (so they shortened the length of the loan).

    Not sure about Toyota either....

I had a Dodge Ram with an extended warrantee. Traded the truck in.....and cancelled the extended warrantee.

I got money back, but it was pro-rated for the time that was left (and they start counting from DAY 1 when you drive off the lot).

Yes you can cancel the Toyota warranty, as I remember they have a phone number in the book you should have gotten or find it online.

I think you have 90 days to cancel your warranty...they either reimburse you or take it out from your loan...check the warranty book for the number to call in..

    .
With most "legitimate warranties" ... you can cancel them within the first 30 days with no penalty .. after that you usually get back a "pro-rata" refund.

FWIW ... even after 2 years, my wife got back most of her money on a Subaru OEM warranty.

yes you can for sure you should have seperate paperwork on the warranty usually if your truck is financed then it will go towards the loan to the lienholder if its paid off it will be prorated and sent to you
