    3” Lift
Hello tacoma guys, I have an 06 prerunner tacoma. I have it on 3” lift pro comp with 35” tires. I would like to go higher on a lift because I do not like the look of a 3inch. Is it possible to add another 3” without a body lift or having to buy a new 6” lift kit? I heard doing a hybrid isn’t the safest route.

This. There’s several brands, Maxtrac being the most budget friendly.

You'll need to run a new setup in the rear if you wanna match the front. Preferably a new leaf pack and longer stroke shocks. If you wanna keep it cheap just run blocks. You'll still need new shocks in the rear. And longer brake lines all around as well

Would having to a 6” lift kit be cheaper instead or not? I’m a newbie

Your cheapest route would be what I stated. Getting lift spindles for the front. A block and longer shocks for the rear. Extended brake lines all around. If you wanna just get a new kit just ditch your current setup and get a maxtrac kit.
