    That's no mall crawler. Chances are a vehicle modded that heavily has been driven off road heavily. Which will affect its value. That bumper...

    My $.02 would be to buy the vehicle you want and do to it what you want.

    Thanks everyone I passed on this tacoma and it worked out. a better Tacoma rolled into my life i picked up a Toyota certified pre owned white 2015 Tacoma, double cab, short bed, 4x4 TRD Off Road with 3k miles literally new accept for one small dent i couldn't pass it up. Thanks again for the advise the search is over and ive joined the tacoma world.
