Well I should clarify. Its our guest room. I do not have a bedroom at home, due to the fact I am never home from college for more than a week before I have to ship out to apprentice on a ship, or go back to the maritime academy. This is my mothers house that she rents. 4 bedroom old colonial style house on 90 acres. Old as hell, and freaks me the hell out

new updates on the story. all wood floors in this house were taken from an old monastary that was knocked down. Also, dog keeps trying to go upstairs. He keeps trying and trying, its really weird. He has never done that before. He knows he is not supposed to go up stairs. He stayed halfway up the stairs, looking at the top for 5 minutes, then came back down. He is acting weird. Something weird is going on.

Go drive around and then come back. Maybe, this "ghost" cmack will be gone by the time you get back.

Sounds to me like a waking nightmare/Sleep Paralysis, but I have never heard of people actually feeling something ice cold.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sleep_paralysis

Usually for me it is just seeing something weird moving around, and I actually feel like I sit up and try to focus on it, thinking to myself... there is no way that is moving... before I come to.

I believe in ghosts and all, but I think 99.99% of things are explainable, its that .01% that is awesome.

I would suggest the same. Like in the movie paranormal activity. Postup a camera and record all night, see what you get in the morning. However, if the video confirms activity in the house, then what?

Seriously....I think the earlier poster was on to something..is the dog on shrooms too?

And what the hell were you doing in that bed with your hand that offended the ghost enough to want to freeze it? I would consider it a warning and be glad, cuz it might turn your pecker into a popsicle next time!
Oh, and maybe that explains the 'cobweb' that was strung from your hand to the ceiling too...nice shot, by the way.

I believe in ghost and all, but I have never ever heard of anyone getting harmed or killed by a ghost, so just pretend it doesnt bother you and forget about it.

    RIP Lucy.
    She's gone but not forgotten.
My house up north was "haunted". Two kids, a boy and a girl. My youngest daughter used to talk to them, even knew their names. I'd be in the upstairs spare bedroom (my computer room) in the middle of the night and those kids would be playing on the stairs making so much racket, and laughing, I couldn't pay attention to the computer. Once in a while I'd yell "OK you two knock it off you should be in bed!" and they would stop. Sometimes right after that there would be a crash sound from somewhere in the house but I could never figure out what if anything got broken. The cats would take off running in all directions when that happened. They never broke anything, or bothered us while sleeping though. I told the guy who bought the house when I moved to Fla about them, he just said "cool" and far as I know he's still living there.

So guess I'm saying, it's spooky no doubt, but if you make peace with the "spirit" things will be fine.
