Post Lift Vibrations

So I've recently installed Bilstein 5100 w/ OME 885 and AAL onto my 2015 DC TRD Sport. I've noticed some pulsating vibration underneath my driver side floorboard while driving. It would occur between 25-45 mph. When I turn on 4H the vibration would go away. I tried the OME CB drop but the vibration is still present.

Any recommendations what it could be (adding rear shims or new bushing)?

Took the Tacoma into the dealership with the tsb. I had no problem to get it approved with an aftermarket lift. Now I have NO grinding noise! Thanks for the help!

 

I never had vibes, but when I did my lift they showed up. Turned out to be bad u joints and the lift just magnified what was already going on. Play with the level of the FB drop and make sure your rear is shimmed if needed. If you still have the vibes might not be bad to check the u joints.

 

Needle bearing front dif ? There is a thread here somewhere . Some one else will probably chime in here or you can search for it .

 

Check carrier bearing as well

 

If it goes away when shifting into 4H, it's the front needle bearing at the very least. If you have under 60k miles, take it to the dealership since there is a TSB which will cover this under the powertrain warranty.

 

Thanks! I searched for the TSB number and I will definitely give the dealership a call this week to see if they can fix it! Hopefully they will fix it even with an aftermaket lift on it.
