About five miles north. We're renting until the house is done.

If I found one of those in my backyard, I’d have to move.

Naaaaa that thing ain't gonna mess with you unless you mess with it.
I'd take a dozen of those over 1 pregnant rat.

Besides, there probably are a dozen in your surrounding area right now anyway.

I believe that Hawaii is the only state with no snakes. I think moving there is a solid choice. You would have to get a absurd lift and tires on the Taco though.

Not necessarily Hawaii, just somewhere that doesn’t have big bastards like that slithering around your backyard.

That rules out most places,.... don't come to Arizona we have like 16 species of rattlers out here.
Texas grows big ones as does the South East.
Australia is packed with really nasty snakes AND spiders.

I think there are none in New Zealand.

IMG_1807.jpg IMG_1806.jpgPurchased a set of the Yokohama A/T 4’s. After looking around at the wide variety of tires, some better than others, no doubt, I just decided to stay with what been good to me from my Silverado days to the Taco. Just went a bit more aggressive. Took it out on the freeway at 70 and they are pretty quiet. They should be ok. Bring on the snow.

so far, western Washington has only small Gardner snakes, totally harmless and not near as big as that freaky thing. The rattlers live on the eastern side of the state.
