Wow, such beautiful photos... and pretty country, too!
Mine are not enhanced, but do show the diversity found in Baja California, Mexico, at 8,000 feet above sea level in the Sierra San Pedro Mártir:

    Exactly!
I brought some buddies to do some fall camping. One had a Forester so we kept it nice and simple. Still lots of fun and beauty scenery there!

There was a guy doing ruby in his outback. Just stupid. He had to beat that thing thru a few crossings out there. He made it. but took hours longer than anyone else, and definitely put the hurt on that car.

I always forget how pretty those Sierras are. For the last Baja Mil we were at Rancho Meling, but not quite far enough up the hill. Ditto for The Pine Forest -- always amazing in there.

My problem is I'm always in a hurry to get to Baja Sur. As someone once said, "So Much Baja, So Little Time..."

If you are any other TW members want to know a little bit more about the pine forests of Baja, with condors flying overhead... Here is a little article, with a road log:

You'll love the Alaska highway starting in Dawson Creek Canada. Wife & I did it in the first week of September 2003. Started in Vancouver BC and made it to Whitehorse, Haines and Skagway Alaska. Drove back the Stewart Cassiar Hwy. Stopped in at Hyder/Stewart for some Grizzly Bear Viewing. Loved every minute of the trip.

Can't wait to do the trip again with the kids.

Wow!!! That is breathtaking in September, it is also my birthday month so this may have to happen next year! The milestone was the first trip planing tool I got. Great resource. I have noted your suggestions! Thanks!! What’s the next big trip for you?

If we could manage to do it one day it would be Tuktoyaktuk https://spectacularnwt.com/destinations/western-arctic/tuktoyaktuk

Good call on the Milepost. Good old fashioned travel guide. I would also suggest
    Historic Barkerville https://www.barkerville.ca/
Liard River Hot Springs https://bcparks.ca/explore/parkpgs/liard_rv_hs/photos/ and
Sign Post Forest https://yukoninfo.com/watson-lake-signpost-forest/ Don't forget to bring a sign to hang.
