Is that black bear pass in the top pic? Nice job if so. I have only done it once in father in laws jeep.

Love all the mountain pics. I don't have too many yet because I just got this truck, but I got a couple.

My old truck when I lived in Idaho for a summer. The last pic is from the eastern shore of MD now where there are no mountains :pout:

    That is Black Bear.

I'd be nervous on some of those switchbacks with the turning radius of our Tacomas.

Game On! These are awesome pics. I'm going to be snapping a ton more shots when I head up to the mountains. My favorite place to wheel and explore!

Thanks! Putting that on the bucket list for sure.

Quack Attack. It runs right past the parking lot at the Hoodoo Ski Resort. Its hella fun. Our trucks can only get through the top half of it though. The bottom part can get gnarly.

And because its a pic thread:

Well if you are in the area. I would do the loop of cinnamon and engineer pass as well.

    Yankee Boy is pretty

    Immogene pass is awesome!!!!!!!

and if you are ballsy there is black bear pass.

These are all around Telluride, Ouray, and Silverton Colorado. Supposedly Ouray is the off road capital of the world, but you know how those self proclaimed titles are. It is pretty awesome around there though. I live just North of Ouray, CO in Montrose. If you ever need more info on this area let me know. I have been up most of the passes around here. :)

ya for sure you'd have to 3 point some of them. I have only been over it in a rubicon. The "steps" are tough, but the rest seemed more intimidating than hard. lol

I have seen tacomas do it though. Just got to be smart and have balls of steel on those switchbacks.:D;)

Imo, black bear is not that hard, just take your time on the switchbacks and its well worth the scare factor. It's even better to look back up at it from telluride and think "holy ****! I just drove down that!
