Love the latest pics - especially the ones from the track. Here out east we do the track days at Loudon. Over the years I've done at least 18.
My current ride is a 2010 Yamaha WRX250. Far cry from a guy that has had a 1990, 1992, 1994, 2000, 2003 and 2006 CBR600. I don't have any shots (other than some knee-dragin on the street) of any of them. The '06 was bone stock except for the addition of the things to let you put the hammer down thru the twisties. Pirelli Corsa Diablo track compound skins, Wood Brothers rear sets, braided brake lines etc. Still have the Dainese race leathers, boots and gloves but on the WRX I look kinda goofy wearing that stuff. I tell you that little Yamaha is a blast. It may only top out at 90 mph but backin 'er into corners with the foot down and ass end hanging out is pretty cool.

 

My rides:

1977 XR75. Fully restored including honda oem new internals. I also have the original super rare side panels, but was still finishing them when I took this picture.


2002 RM250. Just finished rebuilding it, with new crank, rod, top-end, new nikasil plating, light porting, fresh powdercoat on frame, and new bearings throughout.

nice! i had a 78 but wasnt in quite as nice shape, and it had no muffler. just a straight piece of pipe.

Had an 05 Kingpin and an 08 Vision. Had to sell the Vision when things got tough, but no other brand will do for me
