    Here ya go Tyler.

Out of family, I liked the 550 the best. Very nimble and quick. Had the same top end with either one or two people.

    yep
they are a good tire and LOTS of people up here (PNW) run them because of how well they do in the rain/wet conditions but I prefer my old Dunlops Roadsmarts and might switch back to them. They were just more predictable and I think my bike worked better with their profile. Only downside to them was El Duke would chew them up in 4000 miles.

Last year my buddy up here got 17XXX out of a set of Pilot Road 3s on his Ducati 749.

Damn! Thas a lot o miles.

PR3s and Pirelli Angels are on my short list when replacement time comes. Not sure if I wanna get away from the Diablo Corsas tho...they are like fucking velcro. Expecting around 4k life out of my current rear. Love the grip, hate the milage.

    Hello, fellow Rat. :)

Great looking ride! I was torn between a Bonnie and the ST3. I plan to have both eventually.

    pretty much
grip is sometimes questionable with them where as with the Dunlops it was always there even when cold.

yeah I hear ya, this is my forth rear

Decided to run to my parents house and grab my highschool bike. Sold my DR650 about a month ago and needed something to ride - not as much torque as the DR650 but she still has enough to take an I4 off the line.

Interesting little side note. I was talking to a police detail on a job site yesterday and was told that in most towns in MA, if you are on a bike and speed by a stationary cop, they will most of the time just let you go. He stated that when he/other officers used to put on the lights and go after the motorcycle, the biker would crack the throttle open and be gone in the blink of an eye. Instead of creating a public hazard and risk the biker either killing themselves or someone else, the cops will just let them go and make note of the bike and grab the license plate if they get a chance. Not saying I approve of this or trying to give anyone more information than they need, but it brought to light how I have never been pulled over on the bike when speeding. Interesting indeed.
